The design of CFX Connect in terms of thermal cycling module and optical detection is the same as that of CFX96 Touch, except that CFX Connect is a 3-channel test, of which 2 channels can meet the general dual quantitative PCR experiments (520 nm and 550 nm), and the other channel is for FRET Detection used.
