Easy to use for infants

The HeartStart FRx has a unique baby / child key that allows you to use the same electrode pads as adults when treating children. Simply insert the key into FRx. The defibrillator automatically adjusts shock intensity and health guidance to provide children with appropriate electrode pad locations and CPR guidance—all without changing electrode pads.
Low maintenance requirements, ready to use when needed

The HeartStart FRx is especially suitable for first aid. Everything is connected and in place. Simply pull down the green connector to turn on the self-test function and confirm that it is ready for use. After the first turn on, maintenance of the FRx is also easy. It can perform more than 85 periodic self-test functions, and it can be replaced without batteries for four years.
Detailed defibrillator guidance to guide your treatment

FRx tells you the specific treatment steps. For electric shock, place electrode pads on the skin according to the placement diagram. FRx decides whether an electric shock is needed and if it is needed it will instruct you to click the orange shock button. If you need additional help, the voice instructions can be repeated and re-articulated. If you are bothered by noise, you can use flashing icons and a reference guide to help.
Full CPR assistance for untrained first responders

If you need help with CPR, the health coach will provide guidance and voice prompts to tell you what you can do. It will guide you on the appropriate amount, rate and depth of chest compressions and how to perform artificial respiration. If an infant / child key is inserted, the CPR instructions will be changed to a child-friendly type.
Smooth time-saving transfer of emergency medical services, saving time

FRx guides you through every step of the emergency and even reminds you to call emergency medical services (EMS). Because FRx electrode pads are suitable for most emergency medical service equipment, they can be transferred quickly and easily once emergency medical service personnel arrive. Emergency medical staff can save their precious time by connecting their own defibrillator to an electrode pad that has been placed on the patient.
