The software of G N M-C 7 s has already fixed a variety of compatible reagent reaction conditions in the computer when it leaves the factory. When users perform experiments, they can directly click to select the operation item name to carry out the detection without parameter setting. At the same time, the software can also realize all the functions of isothermal PCR. The operation is very convenient, even the inexperienced personnel can learn to use the instrument in only ten minutes.
The instrument is equipped with an exclusive patented reaction cup with a lid that is a flat cavity. The 25 ul system not only achieves a relatively long optical path to improve the fluorescence excitation efficiency, but also reduces the "aerosol pollution" and the probability of crosstalk between the wells. Coupled with special accessories to make the experimental operation easier, and a powerful software operating system covers multiple analysis modes and algorithms to ensure accurate experimental results.

G N M-C 7 s is a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument based on the independent module working mode. It consists of 4 completely independent fluorescent PCR reaction modules. It can run four detection items with completely different reaction conditions in a unit time. GNM-C7s unique temperature rise and fall structure design makes its maximum heating rate is 12. 5 ℃ / s, the maximum cooling rate is 4.5 ℃ / s, it takes only 30 minutes to complete a conventional PCR test with 40 temperature cycling conditions. However, it usually takes more than 60 minutes to complete the same test in a traditional plate-type real-time PCR instrument.
Compact and portable, widely used

GNM-C 7 s Each independent PCR reaction module contains four fluorescence detection channels, each channel is equipped with an independent working sensor, which can realize the data acquisition of different optical channels without physical switch of optical path. All optical paths of GNM-C7s are Without moving parts, the module uses precision injection molding technology to fix the optical components in the optical path, so the GNM-C7s can be moved at will, and it can be used immediately after it is moved without recalibration.
