The hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer uses hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as a sterilant. In a low-temperature environment, the air in the sterilization chamber is eliminated through a vacuum process, so that the hydrogen peroxide is evenly diffused throughout the sterilization chamber. The contents of the cabin are sterilized, and the hydrogen peroxide remaining in the cabin is decomposed by the plasma generator.
