The three-dimensional electrocardiograph supports Wilson and Frank two-lead systems, and can collect conventional twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and orthogonal lead ECGs. The three-dimensional electrocardiograph also supports the simultaneous acquisition of these two lead systems. One acquisition can obtain a three-dimensional electrocardiogram (vector) map, a twelve-lead electrocardiogram, a twelve-lead electrocardiogram + a right chest lead or a posterior wall lead electrocardiogram. , Orthogonal electrocardiogram, time electrocardiogram vector graph, continuous electrocardiogram vector graph, change direction electrocardiogram vector graph and many other graphics.

According to the "second projection theory" in electrocardiography, the electrocardiogram is formed by the secondary projection of the three-dimensional ECG vector loop. However, it is easy to lose some important ECG information during the projection process, such as the sudden turning, overlap, erosion and bulge of QRS vector ring body, and this information is extremely important for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, especially myocardial infarction. Three-dimensional ECG makes up for these shortcomings of conventional ECG in diagnosis, and eliminates the "blind zone" of conventional ECG and planar ECG vector diagrams and the parts that overlap due to the perspective. Therefore, when the electrocardiogram is suspicious or cannot be clearly diagnosed, it is absolutely necessary to make a comparative analysis of the three-dimensional electrocardiogram.

A large number of clinical studies have shown that the three-dimensional electrocardiograph can diagnose and differentiate myocardial infarction with bundle branch block, bundle branch block and multi-beam block, ventricular hypertrophy, atrial arrhythmia with indoor differential conduction, and ventricular arrhythmia. The three-dimensional electrocardiograph supports two types of lead systems, Wilson and Frank. In clinical applications, it can replace standard ECG machines for standard 12-lead, 15-lead, 18-lead, and orthogonal-lead ECG examinations. The three-dimensional electrocardiograph also supports the simultaneous acquisition of these two lead systems. These functions of the stereo electrocardiograph make it far beyond the conventional electrocardiogram, and provide clinicians with broader diagnostic and analysis ideas.
