The Tristel Duo OPH is manufactured by Tristel Solutions and is a chlorine dioxide in a foam designed for the high level of disinfection of ophthalmic medical devices. It contains two separate compartments containing Tristel lye (citric acid) and Tristel activator solution (sodium hypochlorite). When the foam pump is pressed and mixed, Tristel's proprietary chlorine dioxide is produced.
