LSBio's 96-Well Viral DNA/RNA Kit is used to isolate total viral DNA/RNA from blood in a 96-well format. This procedure has been tested for isolation of nucleic acids from Hepatitis A, Hepatitis C and HIV. The isolated DNA/RNA can be used for PCR, RT-PCR and other downstream applications.
