MBead Virus Genomic Nucleic Acid Kit is used to isolate genomic DNA/RNA from Virus samples. Its special buffer system will effectively lyse cells and degrade proteins, making DNA / RNA easily bound to the surface of magnetic beads. The wash buffer was used to remove other non-specifically bound particles, and genomic DNA / RNA was released from the beads by adding low ionic strength buffer and heating. The manual purification of genomic DNA / RNA only takes 15 minutes (using most magnetic separators), or the kit can be easily modified to meet the requirements of most automated nucleic acid purification systems
