The innuPREP Virus DNA/RNA Kit - KFml offers a magnetic particles-based method used to simultaneously isolate viral DNA and RNA from a wide range of starting materials such as serum, plasma, tissue, swabs, stool, cell-culture supernatans etc. on the KingFisher ml processor. Up to 15 samples can be processed in parallel following a fast, highly efficient lysis step. The isolated high-quality nucleic acids is suitable for various downstream applications. It only takes 45 min for the preparation of 96 samples in parallel. Therefore the innuPREP DNA/RNA Virus PLUS Kit-KFFLX is available and optimized for KingFisher FLEX.
