The InviMag Bacteria DNA Mini Kit/ KFmL includes the Extraction Tubes pre-filled with lyophilized lysis components for isolation of genomic DNA from different bacteria species from a wide variety of starting materials. After lysis, the sample is transferred to the magnetic bead-based processing procedure on the Thermo Scientific KingFisher mL, and the PCR template preparation of 15 parallel samples can be completed in 25 minutes.
