InviMag Pathogen Kit / KF96 contains lyophilized lysis buffer for the isolation of bacterial DNA, viral DNA and viral RNA from various starting materials. After lysis, the sample is transferred to a magnetic bead-based procedure. The InviMag Pathogen Kit / KF96 is suitable for automatic preparation on KingFisher 96 and Flex 96 workstations. Up to 96 samples can be processed in parallel. Starting materials includes cell-free body fluids, rinse fluid from swabs, sputum, tracheal secretions, BAL fluid, tissues, bacterial cells and stool samples.
