Use the KingFisher ml instrument to automatically purify bacterial DNA, viral DNA, viral RNA from human and animal serum, plasma samples, cerebrospinal fluid, cell-free body fluids, and swab or tissue biopsy samples with magnetic beads. InviMag Pathogen Kit / KFmL consists of lyophilized lysis buffer which is used to isolate bacterial DNA, viral DNA and viral RNA from various starting materials. After lysis, the sample is transferred to a magnetic bead-based procedure. The InviMag Bacteria DNA Mini Kit / KFmL is suitable for semi-automatic preparation on the KingFisher mL workstation. Up to 15 samples can be processed in parallel.
