The InviMag Universal Kit/ KF96 is used for semi-automatic purification of genomic, bacterial, viral DNA and viral RNA from a wide range of starting materials including whole blood (EDTA, citrate), plasma, serum, cell-free body fluids (such as urine), swabs, sputum, BAL, tracheal secrete, bacteria cells, stool samples, tissue with maximum volume of 200 µl using magnetic beads on the KingFisher 96 and Flex 96 workstations.
