InviMag Virus DNA / RNA Kit / KFmL contains extraction tubes pre-filled with lyophilized lysate components for the isolation of viral DNA and viral RNA from up to 200 ul of serum, plasma, other cell-free body fluids, cell culture supernatants, tissue samples (up to 10 mg), and rinse liquid from the swab. After lysis, the sample is transferred to a magnetic bead-based program on Thermo Scientific KingFisher mL, and the PCR / RT-PCR template preparation time for 15 samples is 25 minutes.
